What we collect
We collect the email address you enter, together with basic subscription information such as the time and source of the signup. Our hosting and form providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver the website securely and prevent abuse.
Why we use it
- To send important ExecFlow development and launch updates.
- To tell you when early-access pricing becomes available.
- To invite suitable subscribers to apply for or participate in beta testing.
- To operate the list, prevent misuse, and honour unsubscribe requests.
We will not sell your email address or use it for unrelated advertising.
Legal basis and your choice
We process your address on the basis of the consent you give by actively selecting the signup checkbox. Joining is optional. You may withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in our messages or by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it.
Service providers
Brevo processes subscriptions and stores the mailing list on our behalf. The landing page is delivered using Firebase Hosting. These providers may process technical and account data under their own contractual and security safeguards. See the Brevo Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information.
How long we keep it
We retain your address while the ExecFlow early-access and launch programme is active or until you unsubscribe. We review the list at least annually and remove information that is no longer needed. Legal records of a withdrawal may be retained where necessary to ensure that we do not contact you again.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your information, and you may object or withdraw consent. Contact us at info@innoventia.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If the purpose of the list changes materially, we will update this notice and request new consent where required.
